Shipping

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for most products due to delay times with some carriers because of Covid-19. 
  • All backpacks take 3-6 weeks to create and ship out. 
  • We ship with the following carriers: USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Return Policy

  • Return your order within 30 days of receiving your product and you will get your money back. 
What can not be returned:
    • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
    • Original artwork or reprints. If the artwork is delivered damaged, it will be exchanged. Proof must be provided.
Return shipping charges information:
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
  • Returns are covered by artracc.com
  • Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $3.85 or more for standard shipping based on item.

Returns Process:

Just follow the steps below for an easy return!

1. Contact Customer Service via email at art@artracc.com 
2. Customer Service will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization) after you contact us via email.
3. Write your RA# on the outside of the package you are returning (your package will be returned back to you if this is not done) and include a copy of your receipt inside.
4. Ship your package back to:
    The Sharo Administration, 3164 East Garvey Ave South, West Covina, Ca 91791 USA
* Please ship with tracking number; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
5. You will be issued a credit memo stating the amount returned to either your store credit account or back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return.

EXCHANGE POLICY (US ONLY)


If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or simply the wrong size sent to you, please contact art@artracc.com and we will gladly replace any applicable items!
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return the item to our warehouse in Ontario, California (the item must arrive back here within 30 days to qualify). If the return arrives after 30 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, you can not return it. 

What can't be exchanged:

  • Merchandise should have all tags on it
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
